Inclusion Criteria

18 to 75 years of age

Diagnosis of acute pancreatitis within the last 90 days

CT or MRI/MRCP imaging of abdominal completed within 24 months

The study consists of annual questionnaires and a one-time bio-specimen collection.

Inclusion Criteria

Diagnosis of acute pancreatitis within the last 90 days

ct or mri/mrcp imaging of abdomen completed
within 24 months

Specimens collected at enrollment and follow-up visits
will be used to better understand disease progression
and to identify markers of early diagnosis and prediction
of future clinical events.
