Inclusion Criteria

50 to 85 years of age

Subject must have at least one high glucose or hemoglobin A1c level meeting this definition of diabetes within the past 90 days:

Hemoglobin a1c (glycosylated hemoglobin) of >6,5%

Fasting glucose level of >126 mg/dL

Non-fasting glucose of >200 mg/dL

Not have diabetes for more than 120 days

Participants will be required to fill out a questionnaire and provide blood specimens at enrollment and follow-up visits.
