Inclusion Criteria

18 to 75 years of age

Unexplained abdominal pain for 3 months OR History of acute pancreatitis

CT or MRI/MRCP imaging of abdominal completed within 24 months

Specimens collected at enrollment and follow-up visits will be used to better understand disease progression and to identify markers or early diagnosis and prediction of future clinical events.
