Inclusion Criteria

UNDER 18 years of age

Diagnosis of acute pancreatitis or chronic pancreatitis

CT or MRI/MRCP imaging of abdominal completed within 24 months

The study consists of annual questionnaires and a one-time bio-specimen collection.
